Are you passionate about driving process efficiency and solving complex manufacturing challenges? Join our team as a Process Engineer II and play a key role in improving operations, supporting product commercialization, and ensuring our processes meet the highest standards.


What You'll Do

  • Lead and support process design improvements that meet sanitary and business standards.
  • Use statistical analysis to optimize product and process efficiency.
  • Support commercialization trials and equipment validations.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and reverse engineer machine components.
  • Provide mechanical design expertise using engineering principles.
  • Promote a culture of safety and uphold our RRITE values: Renew, Respect, Integrity, Teamwork, and Excellence.


What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Electrical Engineering (or related scientific field) plus 3 years of direct process engineering experience or equivalent combination of related education and experience.
  • Strong background in process improvement, lean practices, and statistical analysis.
  • Six Sigma certification preferred.
  • Experience with automated packaging and sanitary processing (food, liquids, cosmetics, or medical).
  • Excellent communication and team-building skills.


Physical & Work Environment

  • Office and production floor setting.
  • Occasional lifting (up to 35 lbs), standing, bending, and exposure to noise and temperature variations.
  • Safety-sensitive position requiring clear communication and reasoning skills.
