We are currently seeking a Full-Time Warehouse Transfers Associate to join our Jessup, MD team.

What You'll Do

As a Warehouse Transfers Associate, you'll be hands-on, ensuring our inventory and shipments are accurate, organized, and ready to go. You'll work 1st shift with occasional overtime based on business needs. The Warehouse Transfers Associate is responsible for coordinating and executing the transfer of inventory between warehouse locations. This role ensures accurate documentation, timely movement of goods, and compliance with company procedures to maintain inventory integrity and operational efficiency.

Here's what your day may include:

• Pull, prepare and process transfer orders between warehouse facilities
• Verify product quantities, SKUs, and conditions prior to transfer
• Coordinate with transportation team to schedule pickups and deliveries
• Maintain accurate records of all transfers in inventory management systems
• Conduct routine audits to ensure inventory accuracy post-transfer
• Communicate with warehouse staff and supervisors to resolve discrepancies
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, including receiving and stocking
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment

What We're Looking For

Physical & Mental Qualifications

• Stand and walk for 90% of the workday
• Perform simple tasks, rational thinking, and numerical calculations
• Ability to lift/move up to 75 pounds, climb stairs, bend, crouch, and stay physically active for extended periods

Additional Skills/Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations or inventory control

• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and transfer documentation
• Strong oral, written, and reading communication skills
• Excellent time management, organization, and planning skills
• Forklift certification is a plus
• Availability to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as needed
