The Engineering Co-Op will apply classroom-taught skills in hands-on situations. Duties & Responsibilities Analyzes improvements in new products or applications and develop requirements and specifications with the engineering team. Learns Measurement and Test Methods and apply hands-on activities support development of Work Instructions and skills. Participates in activities led by the Engineering and Quality teams. Work within guidelines and specifications provided to meet project goals, objectives, and assignments in a timely and accurate manner. Attends training sessions and other appropriate educational opportunities as needed. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Current student pursing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Materials Science Engineering. Demonstrated results-driven leadership. Critical problem analysis, decision-making, and analytical skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $25.00 to $27.00 US Dollar (USD) Hourly based on a variety of factors. Employees will receive 0 hours paid time off every year.
