We have an immediate opening for a Junior Mortgage Loan Officer at our North Saint Paul office. This individual is responsible for partnering with experienced mortgage professionals to drive lead generation, streamline the loan process, and deliver exceptional member experience. This entry-level role combines hands-on support, structured training, and community outreach to develop the skills needed for a future Mortgage Loan Officer position. There will be some travel involved. This individual will be in-office about 60% - 70% of the time; however, this position will involve traveling to other locations as needed and they will be expected to attend off-site closings, networking events, and other relationship building activities. This is Grade 7 - Hourly, Full-time position with Benefits. The starting rate of pay is $21.69 - $23.05 per hour.
