What You'll Do:

Be the First Impression: Greet every employee and visitor with a warm smile and professionalism, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all.

Master of Communication: Handle phone and email inquiries with grace, directing calls and taking messages like a pro! Your responsiveness will keep our team connected.
Office Guru: Maintain a clean and organized shared space and breakroom, keeping our environment fresh and inviting. You'll also manage our inventory and office supplies like a true champion!
Travel Coordinator Extraordinaire: Organize travel, hotel, and seminar arrangements for the team, ensuring every detail is handled seamlessly.
Engagement Enthusiast: Assist with employee engagement activities and uniform management, helping to foster a vibrant workplace culture!
Documentation Dynamo: Prepare, copy, distribute, and file essential business correspondence, ensuring our communications are always on point.
Expense Report Wizard: Process and track expense reports with precision, providing monthly updates to leadership and keeping our finances in check.
Scheduling Superstar: Maintain an up-to-date calendar for leadership, coordinating appointments and meetings with ease.
Integrity Keeper: Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

High School Diploma Required: A foundational education is essential.
Experience Matters: Minimum of two (2) years' experience as an Administrative Assistant required, with corporate experience preferred.
Higher Education Preferred: An Associate Degree is a plus!
Behavioral Health Experience: Two (2) years' experience working in Behavioral Health Administration preferred.
