Position Overview A position exists for a Bags Extrusion EAT Training Instructor for the Simpsonville Training Department. Schedule: Night Pay rate: $27.01/hr Qualifications * A Qualified Simpsonville Bags Extrusion Operator. * In good standing with the Bags Extrusion Department. * Excellent overall job performance with a strong focus on safety. * The ability to work multiple shifts and a flexible schedule. * Ability to handle multiple tasks in a constantly changing working environment. * Willingness to work and help new employees acquire needed skills. * Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively through all levels of the organization. * Ability to express yourself well, both verbally and written as well as the ability to present information to an audience. * Ability to work with minimum supervision. * Demonstrate computer skills - Office 365 proficient * Recommended by the Simpsonville Bags Extrusion management group for consideration. Job Duties * Observe all Plant Safety Rules and adhere to company policies. * Train new and existing employees. * Maintain training folders and document all training. * Create and update EAT training material. * Assist with creating training videos.
