The general pay scale for this position at MOH is $101,799.68 - $156,614.89 per year. The actual hiring rate is dependent on many factors, including but not limited to prior work experience, education, job/position responsibilities, location, work performance, etc. Position will work in conjunction with, and by the direction of, the Director of Clinical Services to provide clinical support for operations to existing practice locations and newly acquired practices by consulting and advising clinicians on best-practices, implementing of/providing education and training programs, and collaborating on interdisciplinary projects. Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards. Responsibilities Job Description Key Responsibilities
Qualifications Minimum Job Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities): Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or other clinical field required Bachelor's degree preferred Advanced degree in nursing, healthcare or business field (MSN, MBA, MHA) preferred Current state licensure for applicable clinical educational background Current CPR certification required. Business Experience- Minimum five years clinical experience, in an oncology practice or clinic setting Minimum one year of leadership experience. Specialized Knowledge/Skills: Oncology certification preferred Working Conditions: Environment (Office, warehouse, etc.) - Traditional office environment.
