Job Summary: The Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Enrollments team is responsible for reviewing and processing enrollment transactions for NRG's commodity brands across the ERCOT, PJM, NEISO, and NYISO markets. As an Enrollment Analyst I, you will ensure that customer enrollments, drops, and renewals are completed accurately and on time by interpreting transaction data and resolving basic issues as they arise. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and brand standards. You will work closely with team members and other departments to support the customer lifecycle and ensure smooth enrollment operations. Additional responsibilities may include assisting with monthly reporting, supporting special projects, and identifying opportunities to improve day-to-day processes under guidance from senior team members. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support enrollment accuracy: Assist in the timely and accurate processing of customer enrollment transactions, ensuring documentation meets internal standards and customer expectations.
- Maintain compliance: Ensure enrollment records and documentation are complete and accurate, supporting compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley and internal audit requirements.
- Assist in issue resolution: Help investigate and resolve enrollment-related issues, escalating complex problems to senior analysts or leadership as needed.
- Contribute to process improvements: Participate in team discussions to identify areas for improvement and support the implementation of enhancements or automation initiatives.
- Communicate effectively: Share updates, issues, and findings with team members and leadership in a clear and professional manner.
- Support team initiatives: Assist with special projects and reporting tasks that contribute to the overall success of the enrollment function.
- Perform other duties as assigned: Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support team and business objectives.

Minimum Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Six months experience in the deregulated electricity market in back-office operations in handling enrollment transactions/ rejects or one-year experience in high-volume deregulated electricity market transaction processing or customer service back-office operations required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (preference in the business curriculum, or a related analytical field) or equivalent work experience in transactional operations will be considered.
- Two or more years' experience in the deregulated electricity market in back-office operations in handling enrollment transactions / rejects
- Experience with Siebel, SAP CCS, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Power BI).
- Familiarity with the deregulated retail electricity or natural gas industry.
- Exposure to contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems or tools.
