Description The Pharmacy Manager provides oversight to all pharmacy business lines with ultimate responsibility for achieving regionalized multi-state excellence in quality, safety, risk, caregiver experience and service goals for Providence Infusion and Pharmacy Services and Home Medical Equipment ministries. Responsible for quality, cost effective, efficient, and safe pharmacy department management as well as the safe and effective use of medications for all patients and clients served, while remaining compliant with all applicable State and Federal regulations, professional practice, and The Joint Commission (TJC) standards. As a department leader and member of the Quality Team, successfully engages caregivers and acts as a mentor on a daily basis. Providence caregivers are not simply valued - they're invaluable.
