Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Helpdesk Support Specialist to provide first-line technical support for end-users. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, experience with Windows environments, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: * Respond to and resolve technical support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system. * Provide Tier 1-2 support for Windows 7, Windows 10, and Office 365 environments. * Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, escalating complex problems as needed. * Perform password resets, account unlocks, and user access management. * Document all incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system to ensure accurate reporting and knowledge sharing. * Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft Office applications and related tools. * Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain clear communication with end-users throughout the resolution process. Required Skills & Qualifications: * Experience with help desk or service desk operations in a corporate environment. * Proficiency in Windows operating systems (Windows 7 and Windows 10) and Microsoft Office 365 suite. * Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow or similar) and phone-based support. * Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and connectivity issues. * Excellent communication skills-verbal, written, and listening-with a customer-first mindset. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
