We currently have four people on these team and need to add an additional person to support the call volume. Position Information: *This consultant will be working on a team of 4 Help Desk Technicians. *90-95% of the time of this consultant's time will be spent on the phone with government employees and will need to provide quality support with a high degree of customer satisfaction.
