TEKsystems is currently interviewing candidates for one of its top global banking customers here in Charlotte. This is a W2 role, so C2C and sub vendor candidates will not be reviewed. Top skills: * 8+ years of enterprise applications project and program management * PMP, MS Project, project tracking, sizing, budgeting, etc. * Agile, Jira, scrum/SAFe tenure * Exceptional communication skills - ability to engage stakeholders, paint a picture of success, present to executives, etc. * Banking industry experience required - any wholesale, global/capital markets, treasury, finance and risk LoB experience ideal * Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables Description We are looking for a talented and highly motivated program manager who is hands on and can lead major projects. Candidate would be comfortable working with tech execs and delegates to influence and escalate as necessary to meet target dates and mitigate risks. * Candidate would benefit from having management consulting background or history of solving unique challenges to managing large programs * Hands on experience putting together trending on progress via several systems will be required. * Provide leadership in a matrix organization of skilled architect, engineers, and business partners. * Excel Formulas, Pivoting, Lookups * PowerPoint presentation skills to senior leaders * Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively with local and remote co-workers in a fast paced environment. * Build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus and achieve objectives * Background/education in technology (Bachelor's Degree) and the software development lifecycle. * Global markets, Risk, Finance or Treasury technology experience is a plus Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00/hr.
