*Key Responsibilities:*
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and e-commerce platforms regarding products, pricing, order details, and basic technical support * Process customer orders, returns, and repairs submitted through various input methods * Generate and send invoices (paper and email) to customers * Coordinate with Shipping, Production, Accounting, and Quality Control teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and issue resolution * Track and manage instrument repairs through business systems from initiation to completion * Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency *Required Skills:* * Customer service and call center experience * Strong data entry and order processing skills * Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite * Ability to manage purchase orders and troubleshoot customer issues * Excellent verbal and written communication * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Adaptability in a fast-paced and evolving environment * High level of discretion and sound judgment * Reliable attendance and punctuality *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
