How You'll Make an Impact
- Support monthly demand order analysis and reporting
- Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts
- Conduct variance analysis and present insights
- Collaborate with sales operations on pipeline conversion analytics
- Build robust P&L tracking for regional consolidation
- Contribute to predictive analytics and financial modeling
- Support ad hoc financial projects and reporting needs
- Help establish SOPs and improve internal reporting processes
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines
Your Background
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Demonstrated experience with Power BI, Microsoft Co-Pilot, and other predictive analytics tools/projects, etc.
* Experience using ERP systems such as Oracle/SAP.
* Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal.
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn new things.
