TITLE: Customer Service Representative LOCATION: Houston, TX POSITION REPORTS TO: Customer Service Manager SCHEDULE: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Some overtime and some weekends may be required. COMPENSATION: Commensurate with experience and skills RESPONSIBILITIES Utilize Salesforce system to manage assigned work Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls and email inbox Converse with customers and internal departments regarding various service questions Research customer account requirements Process account and invoice corrections Support sales representative on any questions or requests Other tasks as assigned by manager BASIC REQUIREMENTS Must be able to pass background screening Must be local (live within 60 miles) Minimum one year experience in a high-volume data entry and customer service environment Minimum one year recent phone experience in a corporate environment communicating with customers Stable employment history Professional appearance and demeanor Intermediate mathematical skills Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook programs Must be able to type minimum of 30 WPM Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including spelling and grammar Excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple deadlines Adept at problem solving Flexible with change Willingness to accept constructive criticism and learn Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities while maintaining a positive demeanor PREFERRED Experience in the transportation industry SAP experience Customer Service phone experience Sun Coast Resources LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
