TITLE: Invoice Compliance Representative LOCATION: Houston, TX POSITION REPORTS TO: Invoice Compliance Manager SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Some overtime and occasional weekends may be required. WAGES: Commensurate with experience and skills RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure customer needs and expectations are met Create and maintain excel spreadsheets Communicate with customers Manage a group e-mail box Ability to meet daily, weekly, and month end deadlines Exhibit good customer service etiquette skills when conferring with customers and staff Other tasks and special projects as assigned by manager BASIC REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 1 year of experience working in an office environment Must be local (live within 60 miles) Strong proficiency in Excel and Outlook programs Intermediate mathematical skills Ability to operate 10 key by touch accurately Good written and verbal communication skills Professional telephone etiquette Excellent communication skills Good organizational skills Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner Ability to communicate clearly and informatively Ability to exhibit sound and accurate judgment Attitude that supports the company's goals and values Ability to work well with others in a team environment Ability to work well under pressure in meeting deadlines PREFERRED Experience in a similar role, with similar responsibilities Experience in the transportation industry SAP Experience Sun Coast Resources, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
