Job Summary

The Manager, HR Digital Technology is a HR technology leader responsible for advancing thedigital transformation of the HR function. This role partners closely with HR Centers ofExcellence (COEs), business unit HR leaders, external vendors, and IT to ensure that our HRsystems, including SAP SuccessFactors, effectively support people strategies, workforceplanning, and employee engagement. The Manager, HR Digital Technology drives governance,optimization, and innovation in HR technology while translating business needs into scalablesolutions that enhance the employee experience and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Leads the governance, optimization, and continuous improvement of SAPSuccessFactors, ensuring alignment with enterprise tech strategy and HR operationalgoals. Facilitates cross-functional collaboration with HR and IT stakeholders andprovides guidance to HR teams on system functionality, change impact, andoptimization
  • Partners with HR stakeholders to evaluate and implement HR technology solutionsthat address key workforce challenges. Supports development of the HR techroadmap, identifies opportunities for process improvement, and ensures user-centric,compliant design. Stays current with HR tech trends and innovations; bring forwardrecommendations for innovation
  • Manages end-to-end HR system and project initiatives, including new modulerollouts, process enhancements, and integrations. Collaborates across HR, IT,Finance, and vendors to define business requirements and deliver measurableoutcomes aligned with HR and organizational goals
  • Monitors system health and effectiveness, including KPIs, data integrity, user adoption, and system utilization. Collaborates with HR leadership to interpret data insights and recommend process or policy changes
  • Provides hands-on support to HR Process Owners, assisting with documentation,training, and issue resolution. Acts as a trusted partner to HR teams, empoweringthem to fully leverage system capabilities in service of business needs
  • Ensures compliance with Data Privacy and Information Security policies, fostering trust and protection in handling employee data. Promotes responsible data use andsupports readiness for audits or incident responses.

KSAs (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to align and garner supportfrom stakeholders
  • Expertise in HR processes and data flows across core HR, talent, compensation, and learning;familiarity with how data privacy, compliance, and system security concerns drive process and
    technology decisions
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity, independently driving projects frominception through end-to-end testing, change management, and project completion
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications, SAP and SuccessFactors.
  • Proven ability to work with a variety of systems. At least 3 years' experience working inSuccessFactors.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree, Business Administration or Human Resources required

Essential Functions

  • 5+ years experience in HR technology/HRIS or Digital Transformation
  • 3+ years experience working with SuccessFactors
  • 3+ years experience leading cross-functional HR project

Compensation and Benefits

In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $90,640 - $135,960. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
