Overview
This position provides complex technical support to data processing systems through enhancement of related software and processes. Develops software and procedures that improve processing capabilities. Analyzes, codes, tests, and implements in coordination with management, associates, and end users. Serves as production system support by resolving issues and ensuring ongoing functionality. May oversee the work of less experienced analysts or assist in special projects as needed. Responsibilities
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Software application development and maintenance OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Software application development and maintenance Preferred Education: Bachelor Degree Preferred Area of Study: Computer Science Preferred Area of Experience: Hogan (CIS, IDS, DDA, TDA, PAS, Umbrella), Debit and Credit Cards experience, MS.NET; ASP.NET; SQL Scripting; Powershell Advanced experience with ServiceNow or other information technology ticketing system Ability to build strong collaborative and productive relationships In-depth knowledge of System Life Cycle Development methodology (Waterfall and Agile) Ability to be on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, on a rotating basis This job posting is expected to remain active for 45 days from the initial posting date listed above. The base pay for this position is generally between $118,000 and $180,000. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
