Job Overview The Driver Merchandiser OnPremise is responsible for efficiently delivering products to customer locations in a courteous, professional, compliant, safe, and timely manner. In this role, the Driver Merchandiser is also responsible for stocking products on shelves and in coolers while ensuring that appropriate rotation standards are maintained.This fast-paced position will stock and face products on shelves, displays, and in coolers and serve as an ambassador of our company and the world's most recognized brands.Duties & Responsibilities 
     
 Deliverproducts to customers on assigned routeFill, merchandise, and rotateproduct on displays and in cold drink equipment, according to Company standardsMaintainand organizeCoca-Cola stock as needed, picking up damaged and date products including empty shells and palletsSetup and maintain merchandise and sales promotion displaysEnsurethe neat appearance of all Coca-Cola Consolidated equipment and product in assigned accounts and maintaina safe work environmentFosterrelationships with account personnel and providesuperior customer service to all customers and accounts servicedEnsureproper accounting of product, cash, and assets daily; performdaily Pre-trip and Post-trip inspections on assigned vehiclesPerformother duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities 
     
 Shared Company Ethics/ValuesExcellent customer service skillsMust be self-motivated with a high degree of integrity and be able to perform job duties with minimal supervision on a timely basisPast job performance must reflect dependability, initiative, professional demeanor, and the ability to exercise sound JudgmentAbility to work in a fast-paced continuous lifting environmentAbility to lift to 50 lbs. of product repetitivelyMust have the ability to push and pull manual and powered material handling equipment (i.e., pallet jack, hand-truck, etc.) containing product loads for a minimum of 100 yards without assistanceAvailability to work some weekends and some holidaysPrevious route delivery, direct store delivery, stocking, merchandising products, or retail management experience is strongly preferredExcellent safety recordAbility to read, speak, write and understand English to perform basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
Minimum Qualifications 
     
 Ability to obtain CDL permit and the ability to pass and maintain D.O.T. physical requirements
Preferred Qualifications 
     
 Previous route delivery; direct store delivery; stocking, merchandising products or retail management experienceCommercial Driver's License (CDL)
