Are you motivated by trying to understand ways to make education work better for all students? As a Research Assistant, you will provide support to the Director by: * Qualitative data analysis of interviews and text data You would be joining a cross-institutional team that collaborates to focus on equitable access to engineering education. You may find yourself contributing to multiple different ongoing and newly conceived research projects. Ongoing research efforts in the group include: 1. understanding and supporting the pathways of low-income computing students to attend graduate school, Minimum Qualifications Enrolled in a degree seeking program at UNM, Enrolled at least half-time (6 hours) at UNM for fall and spring semesters (Audit hours do not count), and if Work Study, you must meet Satisfactory Academic Progress.
