CNC Setup Machine Operators *Shift: 1st, (6am-4pm)* *Pay: $25-$26/hr. (Based on experience)* We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Lathe & Mill Setup Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating and setting up CNC equipment. Job Description: Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills to produce precision components Interpret blueprints, job orders, and tooling instructions to determine machining requirements Change tools, adjust offsets, and troubleshoot issues during production Perform part inspections using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools Verify parts meet quality specifications and tolerances Retrieve and move materials or parts to/from designated areas Replace worn tooling and return used tooling upon job completion Adhere to DOD, OSHA, and ISO safety and quality standards Maintain a clean and safe work environment through daily housekeeping Follow all established safety and operating procedures Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Minimum of 3 years of experience in CNC machine setup and operation Strong knowledge of CNC controls and tooling Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints Proficient with inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges) Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and ERP systems
