Key Responsibilities:
1. LMS Administration & Data Management (SuccessFactors)
- Build and maintain courses, programs, and curricula in SuccessFactors LMS.
- Manage user data, rosters, completions, and schedules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve LMS-related issues.
- Run reports and ensure accurate tracking of learning activities.
- Ensure timely and precise execution of all LMS-related tasks.
2. Logistics & Program Coordination
- Manage logistics for in-person and virtual learning sessions.
- Coordinate materials, supplies, and A/V inventory for learning events.
- Maintain and organize the GLLD mailbox, responding to inquiries and routing communications appropriately.
- Support scheduling and calendar management for learning programs.
- Prepare documents and presentations for meetings and training sessions.
3. Communication & Collaboration
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless program execution.
- Demonstrate adaptability and a growth mindset in a changing environment.
Quals--
- 2-3 years of experience in LMS administration or learning program coordination.
- Proficiency in SuccessFactors LMS and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
