Job Title: Inbound Customer Service Representative & Outbound Collector

Location(s): Ankeny, IA

Inbound Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound phone calls from internal and external customers.
• Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.
• Make credit release decisions in compliance with established procedures.
• Refer unresolved customer disputes to field personnel for final resolution.
• Make payment arrangements on delinquent accounts when necessary.
• Escalate disputes and collection situations to management as appropriate.
• Assist the team in meeting inbound service level standards.
• Investigate and analyze credit information within established guidelines.

• Contact customers regarding delinquent payments and assist in collection of past-due accounts.
• Conduct credit limit assessments and recommend adjustments.
• Participate in and/or lead monthly conference calls with field staff (Territory Managers, General Sales Managers, Order to Cash Champions, etc.).
• Work toward monthly goals (reduce DSO, reduce over 30/60/90-day delinquency buckets, etc.).
• Manage a set number of accounts daily and document all collection efforts.
• Escalate unresolved disputes or collection concerns as required.
