Capgemini Government Solutions is seeking a dynamic Sr. Project Manager to lead service support and management processes for client engagements. This role offers the opportunity to grow professionally, collaborate with a driven team, and contribute to CGS' mission.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Sr. Project Manager, you will:



  • Oversee contractor staff and project execution, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with contractual obligations
  • Develop project schedules, product roadmaps, and implementation plans
  • Serve as senior consultant, providing strategic solutions to government needs and assessing risks
  • Maintain technical and financial reports, and engage with federal stakeholders to resolve issues
  • Coordinate planning, production, and delivery of contract support activities
  • Foster cross-unit collaboration and ensure responsiveness to emerging priorities


Required Qualifications:



  • U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for Government Security Clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 10+ years of project management experience
  • Experience leading teams of 40 or more
  • Active PMP certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI), or equivalent demonstrated experience
  • Strong knowledge of governance, policy development, and procedures
  • Proven adaptability, prioritization skills, and strategic thinking
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership abilities

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $155k- $185k.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.

Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable. The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, or any other form of compensation that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company's sole discretion, consistent with the law.
