This position is contingent upon contract award.

Key Responsibilities



  • Oversee daily operations across multiple CONUS and OCONUS locations in support of SOF GLSS contract deliverables.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies that align with USSOCOM objectives and lifecycle sustainment goals.
  • Ensure compliance with DoD regulations, FAR/DFARS, and USSOCOM-specific directives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to optimize logistics, maintenance, and supply chain performance.
  • Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to drive continuous improvement and cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with program leadership, government stakeholders, and subcontractors to resolve operational challenges.
  • Support audit readiness, government surveillance activities, and contract reporting requirements.
  • Mentor and develop site leads and operational managers to ensure consistent execution and accountability.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in operations leadership, with at least 5 years supporting DoD or federal contracts.
  • Strong understanding of sustainment operations, performance-based logistics, and government compliance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems and operational reporting platforms.


Preferred Certifications



  • PMP or Lean Six Sigma Certification
  • Familiarity with DCMA protocols and government audit standards
  • Certified Professional Logistician (CPL) or equivalent
