A Field Service/Product Support Engineer is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, maintenance and repairing TRUMPF CNC machines both on-site and customers within close proximity to TRUMPF office. The other 40% of your time will be spent offering remote phone support to our customers and Field Service Engineers in the field. Principle Duties & Responsibilities
Experience/Education Associates program or technical school degree in Engineering principles or a suitable combination of education and work experience. Experience in computer software, file management, electronics, digital circuits, wiring, mechanics and hydraulics is helpful. Well-mannered, able to work with all different types of customers.
