What You Will Do: National Louis University's objective is to provide a rigorous, technology-enhanced, affordable college education in a supportive environment that helps all students meet and surpass their personal, academic, and career goals. As an Outreach and Enrollment Specialist you will be responsible conducting recruitment activities that provide prospective students with a high-touch holistic customer-focused experience through the enrollment pipeline. As a successful candidate, you can be described as dedicated to supporting students through the college access process. You are energetic and passionate about working with a diverse student body that includes many first-generation students. Additionally, you are committed to building authentic relationships with a variety of stakeholders (e.g., student, parents, school counselors and NLU colleagues) and have a deep seeded belief that all students have the right to a high quality college education. The current position opening is for the Northwest Suburban territories, primarily serving students for our Wheeling campus. Essential Responsibilities
Account Management for High Schools: Build and maintain relationships with high school leadership and critical personnel within an assigned territory of schools. Conduct outreach activities and events to promote National Louis University within the high schools to ensure the university is being properly recommended to graduating seniors. Maintain records of all activities and key contacts.

Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate. Offers are based on multiple factors permitted by law, including but not limited to: budgetary considerations, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, market considerations, tenure and standing with the university (applicable to current employees), and internal equity.
