At Diamond Capital Management (DCM), the wealth management division of The National Bank of Indianapolis, we help individuals and organizations achieve their financial goals with confidence, clarity, and personalized care. We are seeking a Vice President & Manager, Investment Administration to lead our administrative team and ensure that every client experience reflects our Culture of Excellence.

This role is both strategic and hands-on. You'll guide the administration of DCM's investment accounts and IRAs, mentor, and coach teammates, and set best practices that keep us aligned with governing documents, IRS regulations, and client expectations.

What You'll Do



  • Lead the administration of DCM investment accounts and IRAs with accuracy and consistency
  • Oversee account opening, maintenance, closing, asset transfers, and annual administrative reviews
  • Manage departmental year-end tax reporting and ensure compliance with deadlines
  • Cultivate strong client relationships through proactive communication and reviews
  • Partner with Portfolio Managers on client updates, system changes, and liquidity needs
  • Participate in compliance exams and respond to regulators and auditors as needed
  • Collaborate with Wealth Management teams on policies, procedures, and implementation
  • Participate in recruiting, training, and ongoing growth of team employees
  • Contribute to business development by joining sales calls and client meetings
  • Serve on Wealth Management committees and participate in special projects


What We're Looking For



  • College degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • 10+ years of investment account administration experience
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage staff effectively
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attentive to detail, service-oriented, and problem-solving
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize department goals and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Proficiency with trust and banking systems; strong Microsoft Office skills preferred
  • Self-directed, accountable, and able to work with minimal supervision
