Job Title: HR Generalist FLSA Status: Exempt Department: Human Resources Reports to: Manager, Human Resources Operations Flex Work Eligible! This position qualifies for the Flexible Work Policy. Employees receive 75 work days annually to work from home! The initial amount of days is prorated for the first year based on start date. GENERAL DESCRIPTION / PURPOSE: The HR Generalist provides day-to-day operational support to the HR Operations team, ensuring efficient delivery of HR services and compliance with state and federal requirements. This role is responsible for supporting key HR processes such as onboarding, orientation, occupational health, global mobility administration, and employee engagement programs. The HR Generalist also serves as the primary backup for the HR Representative (DER support) in accordance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, including FRA, FMCSA, and FTA requirements. This position plays an integral role in maintaining the quality and consistency of HR services in alignment with Loram's ICARE values. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: HR Service Center Support
