Job Title: Manager, Project Rail Quality FLSA Status: Exempt Department: Product Management & Business Development Reports to: Chief Engineer, Rail Quality Flex Work Eligible! This position qualifies for the Flexible Work Policy. Employees receive 75 workdays annually to work remote! The initial amount of days is prorated for the first year based on start date. GENERAL DESCRIPTION / PURPOSE: The role is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities for designated grinding programs and projects to assure that customer requirements are met within prescribed quality metrics, time frames and cost parameters. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Associate degree
Licenses/Certifications: Maintain Railroad Certifications In lieu of education 5+ years of equivalent combination of education and experience.
