Overview The RN, Clinical Operations is an active registered nurse responsible for assisting in the management of clinical programs within the specialty pharmacy. The primary purpose of this position is to provide telephonic education to patients and caregivers following the Clinical Protocols and working within the nursing scope of practice and guidelines. This individual will offer clinical intervention, counseling, and support services, which require substantial knowledge, judgement and professionalism based upon the foundation of nursing practice and superior patient care. The RN, Clinical Operations, assists in compliance, adherence and persistency programing within the specialty pharmacy. This position may also facilitate with manufacturer and client partners as well as provider clinics and facilities and carries out mutually agreed upon programs and protocols. Is this you?
