A hands-on builder and thought partner, this role drives enterprise-critical transformation projects with both rigor and creativity. The Transformation Project Leader cuts through corporate bureaucracy and bloat to design smarter processes, deliver measurable business impact, and make real change happen at the intersection of strategy and execution. With equal comfort in the details and in the boardroom, they immerse themselves in the subject matter of each project, quickly becoming a trusted expert and constructive challenger.
