Position Overview

The Executive Technical Support Analyst II is responsible for providing technical on-site and remote support to the Executive Leadership Team and their Executive Assistants under moderate supervision. The role emphasizes strong customer service, technical troubleshooting, and collaborative support of executive technology needs. The ideal candidate demonstrates solid problem-solving skills, communicates effectively, and is eager to continue developing expertise in executive-level IT support.

This is an onsite position locate in Madison, WI.

Essential Duties

Include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Provide responsive technical support to Executives and their assistants, escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Support problem solving, listening, and high-quality customer service in addressing IT needs.
  • Assist with executive technology requests, including computer, mobile device, and software support.
  • Support home office and meeting room setups, including networking, AV, and conferencing tools.
  • Work with Executive Assistants and IT teams to coordinate support for travel and offsite events.
  • Provide A/V support for Executive meetings, including presentation setup and video conferencing.
  • Assist with deployments of new technology as directed, ensuring minimal disruption.
  • Collaborate with IT functional groups and escalate issues appropriately for resolution.
  • Maintain confidentiality and privacy in all dealings with Executives and their data.
  • Assist with coordination of vendors and external service providers as needed.
  • Maintain professional demeanor, attire, and availability during work hours.
  • Support and comply with the company's Quality Management System policies and procedures.
  • Uphold company mission and values through accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork.
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
  • Ability to act with an inclusion mindset and model these behaviors for the organization.
  • Ability to perform duties after hours on an on-call basis.
  • Ability to work designated schedule, including occasional nights, weekends, or overtime.
  • Ability and means to travel between local company locations and occasional overnight trips (up to 5%).
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and support both seated and standing work as required.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in Information Technology or related field; or High School Diploma/GED and 2+ years of IT support experience.
  • 2+ years of IT experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Windows, MacOS, iOS, and Zoom videoconferencing in a business environment.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Outlook, including calendars and delegation.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 applications and Windows troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory tasks such as password resets and account management.
  • Ability to maintain composure in challenging situations and provide professional customer service.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience directly supporting senior leaders or executive-level staff in a corporate environment.
  • Experience with Entra or similar identity management tools.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or other IT Service Management tools.
  • Working knowledge of Audio/Video technologies and conferencing platforms.
  • Apple or Microsoft technical certifications (preferred, not required).
  • ITIL or HDI training or certification.
  • Experience supporting remote or hybrid employees.

Salary Range:

$45,000.00 - $72,000.00

The annual base salary shown is for this position located in US - WI - Madison on a full-time basis. In addition, this position is bonus eligible.
