Job Family Description

Administrative and business services professionals provide various office and location support activities. They identify, enhance, and follow specific processes and procedures to maximize the efficiencies of the business to which the support is being provided, and ensure the correct functioning of facilities, office and/or business support services.

Discipline Description

End User Support personnel provide business support for staff augmentation personnel. They ensure accurate and timely timekeeping data is entered/approved and ensure compliance with all applicable site policies and procedures. They provide all onboarding and offboarding functions, like scheduling GET, badging, coordinating start/departure dates, badge retrieval, contract extensions, etc. They provide a Single Point of Contact for all Site customers seeking Staff Aug personnel. They serve as an in-person resource for Staff Aug personnel who have questions or concerns with contractual matters throughout the duration of the subcontract.

Super End User Support personnel may conduct internal audits of other End Users performing Service Subcontract accruals, invoice processing, invoice/voucher matching, and invoice approval to ensure timely and correct payment to suppliers, and may act as a liaison between other End User groups, Accounts Payable, and Finance and the overall subcontract financial administration.

Some Typical Duties & Responsibilities Include:

The End User Labor Subcontract Administrator will provide initial and general orientation for Staff Aug personnel. Also serves as
the "in person" contact for contractual concerns and related matters. Ensures subcontractor awareness and understanding
with site regulatory programs/procedures. Initiate various on-boarding requirements for staff augmentation subcontractors. Ensure that compliance to the terms of the contracts are met, as well as assisting staff augmentation personnel (required weekly).
The End User Labor Subcontract Administrator is responsible for submittals for compensation, affirmation of weekly time and attendance. Responsibility also includes reviewing attendance vouchers and adjusting for allocated budget through a Procurement interaction.

Required Qualifications

* Associate's degree in relevant field plus completion of applicable certification or on-the-job training, OR High school diploma plus completion of applicable certification or on-the-job training plus at least one year of experience (YOE) in an applicable role
* Equivalencies to experience and education requirements will be considered

Bachelor's degree in business, social management, customer relations, human resources. Experience in a combination of general or specific areas of focus, depending upon the assignment - e.g., customer service representative or business management. These areas could include, but are not limited to, employee security, general administrative, or technical oversight. Associate's degree and some years of practical background or relevant experience would substitute for the higher degree requirement. A knowledge of general business and financial practices, along with a more specific knowledge and understanding of managing personnel, teams, or coaching employees is required. Basic knowledge and understanding of rules and regulations relating to procurement practices as defined under DEAR and FAR is beneficial. Additional experience and training may be required such as Microsoft Suite of applications, Site specific Procurement application, etc.

Security Clearance Information

SRNS is required by DOE to conduct a pre-employment drug test and background review that includes checks of personal references, credit, criminal records, and employment history, and education verifications. Positions with SRNS may require applicants to obtain and maintain a DOE L or Q-level security clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship. Factors such as pre-employment background review results, dual citizenship status, and unpaid and/or unfiled taxes may impact your ability to obtain a security clearance. This list of factors is not exhaustive; pre-employment information and security clearance requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
