Marketing Specialist / Promotions Project Coordinator

Long term contract- 2 years with possibility to extend

Irvine, CA- HYBRID- 3 days onsite/2 days remote (NO FLEX)

Our client, a global pharmaceutical company is seeking a Promotions Project Coordinator. This position will play a pivotal role in marketing efforts by managing promotional marketing campaigns through various steps of the campaign process. This is a role that requires a blend of creative marketing skills, keen attention to detail, and project management expertise. You will be responsible for assisting with the tactical execution of consumer promotional offers aesthetic brands.

Responsibilities:



  • Coordinate cross-functional marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and deadlines.
  • Work with creative, brand and engineering to develop landing pages.
  • Collaborate with medical, legal, regulatory and compliance to create terms and conditions, rules, and FAQs for promotional offers.
  • Develop project plans, set milestones, and allocate resources effectively to meet project objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and proactively address issues as they arise.
  • Communicate project progress, updates, and deliverables to stakeholders.
  • Route all jobs through appropriate stakeholders for approval and through Veeva Vault
  • Engage the Call Center so they are aware of any consumer and customer questions that could come in
  • Prepare project status reports and ensure accurate documentation of project activities.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree with minimum 3 years professional experience marketing, advertising, or in pharma
  • Experience working with cross functional team such as: data analytics, legal/regulatory, brand teams, and engineering
  • Ability to coordinate and manage multiple marketing campaigns/promotions from planning through execution
  • Preferred experience with all or any of these tools: Microsoft suite (PowerPoint and Excel required), Jira, Contentful, Figma, Work front, Veeva
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage timelines, budgets, and logistics for promotional activities
  • Attention to detail, highly organized, self-starter, autonomous yet collaborative, proactive, planner
