Salary: $22.00 - $26.00

Hours: 9:00am -5:00PM

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Position Summary:

The Intake Specialist is responsible for managing and processing client referrals, monitoring eligibility across multiple payor sources, and ensuring timely communication and documentation updates. This role supports administrative functions, collaborates with coordinators and partners, and provides coverage for colleagues as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Referral and Authorization Management
o Tracking new client referrals, ensuring all necessary documentation is received and processed.
2. Payer Communication & Support
o Proactive and responsive communication with external payer agencies
3. Client Eligibility Monitoring
o Ensuring clients remain eligible for services
4. Documentation Management
o Maintaining accurate and timely documentation

If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you!

* Minimum 1-2 years of experience in program coordination, case management, or administrative support.
* Strong organizational and communication skills (verbal and written).
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
