Job SummaryThe COBRA Manager is responsible for the day-to-day supervision, leadership and management of the COBRA team as well as COBRA and Retiree billing administration. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, successful achievement of COBRA new client implementations, client retention, ongoing quality, turnaround time and service expectations. This manager is responsible for staff development, coaching, timely and consistent feedback and develops/implements processes and procedures to drive efficiencies, ensuring departmental goals are reached and client expectations and commitments are met/exceeded.This position provides technical guidance on COBRA EAS, COBRA DOL regulations and will act as a SME for related projects, initiatives and escalations. The COBRA Manager is also responsible for answering complex or difficult questions, advising cross functional team members regarding processes and procedures as well as participating in client-facing calls and meetings.
