The Department of Radiation Oncology at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine invites applications for a full-time, non-tenure-eligible Clinician-Educator at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor. Position Summary:
The selected candidate will provide expert radiation oncology care, including diagnosis, patient consultations, treatment planning, and follow-up management. In addition, the Clinician-Educator will:

  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, physicists, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

  • Participate actively in departmental meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and strategic planning.

  • Engage in teaching, mentorship, and supervision of medical trainees, residents, and fellows, fostering the next generation of radiation oncology leaders.

  • Contribute to scholarly activity within the clinic and broader academic community.

  • Maintain excellence in patient satisfaction, clinical efficiency, and interdepartmental collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Board eligible or board certified in Radiation Oncology by the American Board of Radiology.

  • Eligible for a faculty appointment at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine.

  • Demonstrated commitment to clinical excellence, education, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base salary range: $450,000 - $600,000, reflecting experience, qualifications, departmental resources, internal comparators, and external market benchmarks.
