Opportunity Overview: A 6-month contract remote position Benefits Consultant Employee Advocate. Your Day-to-Day: Benefits analyst that can take on coordination of Benefits service requests tickets, supporting Annual enrollment * Developing documentation on processes * Building the knowledgebase in ServiceNow * Answering Benefits inquiries and routing them to the appropriate person to answer * Coordinate knowledge sharing to support succession planning and to meet future growth needs. * Ensure that the Global H&W knowledge base is up to date and expired data is archived. * Audit and analyze trends, use patterns to provide insight to support data-driven decisions and to show Return on investment. Who You Are: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience. * 4 years of experience in a benefits analyst role supporting a multi-state, large-scale organization Experience with HRIS and benefits administration platforms (e.g., ADP, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, and UKG) Knowledge of employee benefits laws and compliance requirements. HR Analytics and auditing experience. Work with external vendors. Proficient in Excel and HRIS platforms (UKG, SAP, SuccessFactors, and ServiceNow) Familiarity with HR communications, ability to develop documentation that can be used by team members, employees and managers, customer service skills. understanding of employee benefits laws and compliance requirements.
