Responsibilities

The Project Integrator (PI) will serve as the primary customer-facing representative for site-specific projects, ensuring successful planning, coordination, and delivery of IT and voice services in alignment with the Sponsor's mission and customer requirements. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Visit customer spaces to establish relationships and gather project requirements.

  • Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules for multiple simultaneous site-specific efforts.

  • Coordinate all site-specific project activities from initiation through completion.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and "face to the customer" for project execution.

  • Utilize Sponsor systems, enterprise tools, and telephone business systems to support project completion.

  • Leverage Microsoft Office applications to manage documentation, schedules, and reporting.

  • Deliver periodic project updates and presentations to the Sponsor's leadership team.

  • Ensure voice services align with customer requirements and are delivered with high quality and reliability.

  • Provide proactive communication, coordination, and customer support throughout the project lifecycle.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
  • A degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline.
  • BS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7
  • Ensure information management systems meet corporate and customer business needs.
  • Knowledge of information management governance processes.
  • Knowledge of knowledge management practices to improve information management operations.
  • Working knowledge of information systems and how changes in conditions, operations, and the environment will affect outcomes.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
  • Ability to coordinate with engineers, systems analysts, programmers, technicians, scientists, and top-level managers in the coordination and planning of programs.
  • Ability to apply critical thinking to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
