Employment Status: Full Time Seasonal Wage Range: $14.00/hr + tips Minimum Age: 21 Background Check Required: No Driver Verification Required: No Position Summary: The Lead Bartender is responsible for running the bar operation in conjunction with the Taps Manager. Directly responsible for opening and closing the restaurant assuring all staff arrives on time and in uniform for shift. Preparing and serving beverages to guests in a timely, courteous, and professional manner. They ensure a clean and well-stocked bar, maintain knowledge of drink recipes and bar equipment, and provide excellent customer service to enhance the guest experience. Will be responsible for assisting with customer relations and staff accountability when the Manager is not present. Essential Functions and Major Responsibilities:

Specific Job Skills: License/Certifications - Idaho State Police Alcohol Beverage Training Certificate, we will help you acquire. Technical - Basic computer knowledge and comfortable with a computer based point of sale (Squirrel is our current system). Physical Capabilities - Able to stand or walk for up to 8 hours per shift. Will lift 25lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally. Additional - Strong attention to detail. Must be capable of managing and performing multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong leadership and excellent communication skills required. Education/Related Experience: Minimum education required - English reading, writing and communication; plus basic math. Minimum time in related position - 2 years F&B experience with demonstrated competence; beer knowledge required and wine knowledge preferred with demonstrated competence. 1 year supervisory experience required.
