Position SummaryThe Associate Product Support Specialist helps internal teams and customers by providing technical support for gaming-related products, mainly through Salesforce Cases and On-Site support. This entry-level role focuses on learning product details, answering questions, and resolving issues quickly-ideally within the same day. Team members also assist with training and help with more complex problems when needed. The main goal is to ensure customers have an excellent experience through clear communication and fast, helpful support. Qualifications:

Physical Requirements: While performing job duties, the employee is routinely required to sit, stand, walk, bend, use hands, and operate a computer. Visual requirements include both close and distance vision, as well as the ability to adjust focus when working with computers and business equipment. Some tasks may involve product maintenance, such as opening and closing machine doors and lifting equipment, including items like roulette wheels. Work Conditions:
