Summary of Role:

The Senior Manager is responsible for leading strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, reduce waste, and support enterprise-wide planning objectives. This role will champion efforts to minimize distressed inventory, optimize resource utilization, and improve donation and disposal processes. By fostering cross-functional collaboration across supply chain, commercial, finance, and sustainability teams, the Senior Manager will proactively identify risks and implement solutions that drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will bring a strong analytical mindset, operational discipline, and a passion for delivering measurable impact across the product lifecycle. This position is instrumental in advancing corporate sustainability goals while contributing to financial performance and long-term business resilience.

Role Responsibilities:



  • Lead Strategic Planning Initiatives: Develop and execute integrated strategies that align operational planning with business objectives, including sustainability and waste reduction goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with commercial, supply chain, finance, and sustainability teams to ensure accurate forecasting, performance tracking, and transparent reporting.
  • Drive Execution and Accountability: Lead cross-functional teams in developing and executing targeted action plans that address key operational risks and business drivers, ensuring timely and effective implementation.
  • Mitigate Operational Waste: Identify and address root causes of inefficiencies and distressed inventory across the value chain, implementing systemic solutions to minimize waste and optimize product disposition.
  • Enable Continuous Improvement: Utilize data analytics, scenario planning, and collaborative workshops to drive ongoing improvements in planning processes and overall product lifecycle efficiency.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:



  • Education -

    • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred


  • Experience -

    • At least 10+ years of experience in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Finance or other relevant CPG/Planning fields
