Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Growth - newly established BPI team to support the set up and scaling of the LFG manufacturing division.
• Reports to Supply Chain Process Manager and then Director of IT Programs.

Must Have Requirements:

• 4-6 years of experience driving corporate process improvement initiatives.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, self-starter, works well with ambiguity.
• Team is very new and there are a ton of set processes so this person will be helping create some of the set processes.
• Strong communicator, helping initiate change by getting buy-in from leadership.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience preferably in manufacturing and logistics.
• Preferred certifications: Lean, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Certified Quality Engineer, Project Management Professional (PMP), Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
