Operations Specialist (Level III)

Work Location: Hialeah FL 33015

Duration: 12 Months

Shift: Mon-Fri, 10:30 to 7:30

- Training period 120 days- 100% onsite- hours for training will be discussed during interview process but likely 9am-6pm M-F or possibility of aligning with Mexico hours based on who will be training.

- After training will transition to Hybrid role- 3 days on-site, 2 remote

***Work location is Hialeah, FL Candidate hours will be Mexico Business Hours and working through US Holidays-Honoring Mexico Holidays.***

Required Skills:

*Spanish and English required, Portuguese a plus. *

1-2 years Banking/Financial industry experience.

Description:

Day to day activities will include being responsible for reading, analyzing and/or determining appropriate handling and resolution of requests.

Requests consist of treasury, cash management, card and/or depository products.

May work with internal business partners to provide resolution to client inquiries, issues, and/or technical support.

First point of contact for inquiries received in LatAm (Mexico) Client Servicing department from high revenue clients via email or phone channel.
