Job Title: Financial Portfolio Manager

Location: Tampa, FL [OR] Coppell, TX ( Choose Any 1 )

Hybrid: 3 days Onsite & 2 days REMOTE

Duration: 6 Months (CONTRACT TO HIRE)

Pay Range: $60 - $63/hr

Skills & Experience Needed:

• Minimum 6 years of related experience
• Strong financial competence with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Ability to convey complex financial data clearly to diverse audiences
• Proven stakeholder management capabilities with a focus on collaboration and expectation setting
• Hands-on knowledge and experience in Agile ways of working (Kanban and Scrum)
• Ability to resolve financial challenges effectively and a high degree of accuracy in delivering outputs within deadlines
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools, including Jira, Excel, PowerPoint and Business Process Mapping tools.
• Solid understanding of portfolio management and governance frameworks
• Relevant experience in portfolio management, project management, or financial operations

Responsibilities:

• Oversee portfolio financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to ensure fiscal health
• Align portfolio investments with strategic business objectives through close collaboration with stakeholders
• Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks across the portfolio
• Prepare and deliver financial reports and insights to senior leadership and key partners
• Drive continuous improvement by developing and refining portfolio governance processes
• Foster strong cross-functional relationships with business managers, product teams, and finance to ensure transparency and alignment
• Leverage tools such as PowerPoint, PowerBI, and Excel to analyze data, generate reports, and support strategic decision-making
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal compliance standards
