Job Title : Compliance Specialist

Duration: 07 Months Contract (Potential to extend)

Location: Hanover NJ 07936

Pay Range: $37.00 - $40.88 Hourly

Description:

With the uncertainty of tariffs applied to U.S. imports, additional support is needed to set up a solution, as well as ensure the accuracy of all value declarations to US Customs & Border Protection (CBP)

Required Skills:

1. Revise the following to accurately reflect the business need: Reviews corporate documents, submissions, etc. for purposes of ensuring compliance with a variety of specific governmental regulations.
2. This may involve SEC (securities), OSHA, workers' compensation, or, in the case of a drug manufacturer or distributor, various FDA regulations.
3. Typically, an in-house corporate position. Generally, a 4-year degree or paralegal certification required.
