Manages the process of identifying, qualifying, and personally soliciting and cultivating a portfolio of donors. Works closely with colleagues from other teams to coordinate prospect management activity. Plays an integral role in helping meet fundraising goals by applying superior relationship-building skills, mature judgement, strategic thinking and tactics, and excellent writing abilities to the fundraising activities of the hospital.
Essential Functions Identify, cultivate, and solicit prospects. -Coordinate and conduct meetings with donors and prospects. -Build and nurture effective working relationships with senior management, physicians, researchers and volunteer leaders. -Work with prospect research staff to request profiles, collect relevant information about donors, track activity and manage moves . -Other projects as identified.
