HR Coordinator - Medicare & Private Duty Home Care

Location: Daytona Beach, FL

Make a difference in healthcare staffing! We're seeking a motivated HR Coordinator to join our team and support the growth of our Medicare Home Health and Private Duty Home Care programs. If you're passionate about recruiting, onboarding, and compliance-and love helping people succeed-this role is for you!


What You'll Do


  • Recruit and attract top talent for Medicare Home Health and Private Duty Home Care



  • Screen applications, conduct interviews, and guide candidates through the hiring process



  • Lead new hire orientations and onboarding to set employees up for success



  • Maintain employee files to ensure compliance and survey readiness



  • Partner with HR, central support, and branch leadership to meet staffing needs



  • Promote our culture and position as an employer of choice in the community




What We're Looking For


  • Proven recruiting experience (healthcare/home care strongly preferred)



  • Experience with Medicare Home Health and/or Private Duty Home Care a plus



  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills



  • Credentialing and reference verification experience preferred



  • Proficiency in HR databases, ATS, and Microsoft Office



  • Team-oriented mindset with a results-driven focus
