Orders Management / Receptionist - One-Person Powerhouse

Maitland, FL | Monday - Friday | 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

AccordCare Home Health is looking for a rockstar to fill our one-person powerhouse role: Orders Management / Receptionist. This is a critical, all-in-one position where YOU keep our office running smoothly, support our team, and ensure our patients receive the highest level of care.

What You'll Own


  • Handle all order management tasks with precision and follow-through



  • Be the first face and voice of the office - greet visitors and manage front desk operations



  • Answer and route incoming calls efficiently



  • Maintain office supplies and drive administrative projects from start to finish



  • Train and support the team on the EVV system



  • Manage mail, filing, scanning, copying, and other clerical duties



  • Prepare meeting spaces and handle confidential information



  • Support leadership and staff with various administrative tasks - you're the go-to person!




What You'll Bring


  • High school diploma or equivalent



  • 2+ years of administrative experience (healthcare preferred)



  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills



  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities



  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of the office



  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and office technology
